                                                             Meidl Water Systems History

     Max Sieracki started in 1944 while doing farming. In 1945, he built in Clover and did business
     as Sieracki Hardware, Plumbing and Heating. His sons joined him from 1965 -- 1978 until Max
     retired and sold the business to his son, Dennis.

     Dennis and his wife, Connie, operated the business as Sieracki Pumps and Well Service, Inc.
     at 11825 Nagel Road in the town of Liberty until he retired in January 2000.

     In 1991, Randy Meidl went into plumbing and heating upon being discharged from the USMC.
     After nine years, he wanted to specialize. In January 2000, Randy and his wife purchased the
     company from Dennis and Connie. The company became Meidl Water Systems, Inc / Sieracki
     Pumps & Well Service. It is now operated 8 miles north of the previous location.

     Meidl Water Systems is located in Whitelaw and strives for the highest level of professionalism,
